Dear I.T. technicians,
I don’t like bothering but I’m sending this e-mail because I’m having some issues with my computer again, actually nothing is working properly and some parts are just completely broken.
I think the new desktop you brought me is not that new. It lasts ages to start, besides the case is missing the starting button, so I have to connect and disconnect the cable every time a need to start or turn off the computer. And as far as I know it isn’t a good thing. After one hour the screen turns dark, and it usually gets darker and darker until it is completely black and I have to disconnect and connect again. Then I have to wait 20 minutes until the machine finishes to start and this happens around every two hours. I waste a lot of time. It’s driving me crazy because after the first time this happened windows crashes over and over.
Beside all this trouble I think the keyboard is setup badly. The letters on the screen are not the same I press on the keyboard, and it is also missing six keys. Thanks God that I don’t have to use it too much now. Actually I’m writing this from my sister’s home.
There are more things with my desktop. The speakers sound like a 50’s radio, so I decided not to use them. Then I tried with the headphones, because I need to take some calls, and you know what happened? I only could hear one headphone, and people can’t hear me when calling. I hope you could help me as soon as possible before I get insane.
