Antes de comenzar nuestros ejercicios de presente simple y continuo, haremos un muy breve repaso.

El presente simple y en continuo generalmente son confundidos por los hablantes de español.

El presente simple expresa acciones que se realizan en el presente, habitualmente, aunque no necesariamente, ya que se puede referir a una acción actual que ocurrirá muy pronto.

El presente continuo se refiere a las acciones que transcurren en este momento. También se refiere a acciones que realizaremos y transcurrirán en el futuro, y en algunas expresiones interrogativas sobre lo que está sucediendo o sucederá.

I dinner in a Restaurant (presente simple, se refiere a una acción actual o habitual, pero que no necesariamente ocurre en este momento).

I am dinning in a Restaurant (Se refiere a la acción que está transcurriendo en este momento)

I am dinning in a Restaurant with you tomorrow (Se refiere a una acción que transcurrirá en el futuro).
