Dear Mr. Thompson,
In reply to your last letter, we write to inform you about the news regarding the upgrading process of your laptop at our tech service department.
Up to this moment, we have been able to install some of the new gadgets required. RAM memory has been expanded and a new audio board has been incorporated. In addition, a new keyboard has been integrated.
Some of the gadgets are still to be installed. We expect to receive the new touch pad and the energy font by tomorrow, and we most probably have the additional flash memory sticks the next week.
As soon as these last gadgets arrive, we will be able to perform the last changes to your equipment. The estimated time for this final works to be completed is Friday the 10th. We will get in touch with you the minute we end this upgrading process to let you know when you can visit our tech service department to collect your laptop.
Payments can be made at this very department in cash or credit card. You can also choose money transfer as a mode of payment, if this option suits you better. Please have in mind that the laptop can be collected only by you in person and that total payment needs to be fulfilled in order to do so.
